In the framework of the annual meeting organised by Dow Chemical Ibérica at the Tarragona Industrial Complex, MASA has been distinguished with the Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Award. This recognition highlights MASA's commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, one of the four pillars on which its strategy and development is based.
This distinction is due to the implementation of a project proposed by the Tarragona delegation with the aim of raising awareness of risk in the workforce, which they experienced first-hand, and thereby learning how to overcome the obstacles and limitations encountered by people with special needs.
The event, held on 11 June, brought together more than 150 attendees from nearly 100 Dow partner companies. The award given to MASA reflects the excellence of its inclusion policy and its significant contribution to the creation of a more diverse and equitable work environment. This award is part of the annual distinctions that Dow Chemical Ibérica grants to companies that excel in different areas according to the criteria of the Service Company Assessment Plan.
During the ceremony, which was attended by senior Dow executives and representatives of the awarded companies, the importance of collaboration and joint work between Dow and its strategic partners was highlighted.
