MASA has joined eTalent, the alliance promoted by the College of Industrial Engineers of Catalonia (EIC) to promote the attraction, development and retention of talent in the engineering sector. With this incorporation, the company consolidates its commitment to training, professional excellence and collaboration with benchmark institutions in the industrial field.

The alliance eTalent is an initiative created by the Col-legi d'Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya with the aim of strengthening the engineering ecosystem through cooperation between companies, universities and professionals. Its model is based on five strategic axes -attracting, developing, connecting, accompanying and retaining talent- which act as a guide to boost the sector's growth and competitiveness.

Through this network, eTalent fosters the connection between organisations and professionals, promotes continuous training programmes and offers tools to improve the management of technical talent. It also promotes the exchange of knowledge and collaboration between entities committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
