On 9 November, MASA Servicios was awarded the Excellence Certification recognition at the XXI Jornada de Calidad en la Enseñanza (21st Conference on Quality in Education). The company received this award for its commitment and good work with dual training in the Tarragona delegation.
Dual training is an educational model that combines theoretical training in the classroom with practical training in the workplace. This educational model is highly valued by companies, as it allows them to train their potential future employees more effectively and to tailor training to the specific needs of the company.
MASA Services has been recognised for its commitment to dual training and its ability to provide students with high quality training. The company has worked closely with the institutes in Tarragona to develop dual training programmes that meet the needs of students and companies.
The XXI Jornada de Qualitat en l'Ensenyament is an annual event held in Catalonia to promote quality in education. This year, the conference had a special significance, as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Project is 25 years old.
Since 1998, the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia has been providing support to
educational centres in Catalonia to develop quality management systems. This support is materialised through the Quality and Continuous Improvement Project, which helps, advises and accompanies the centres to implement them effectively. The project works with 213 centres of different types and stages of education.
Our Manager of MASA SERVICIOS, Alejandro Amores Alonso received from the hand of the Regional Minister of Education, Anna Simó , the Diploma of Excellence Certification awarded to MASA Servicios in recognition of its work of collaboration between school and business to provide the best dual training to students.
