MASA Group has been awarded the contract for comprehensive industrial maintenance of ancillary installations and buildings in the process plants and buildings of the IMPORTACO group located in the Valencian Community for the next three years.

MASA gives a significant boost to its presence in the food sector with the execution of this service, which, together with other contracts, represents its consolidation in the food market. maintenance of industrial auxiliary installations.

What does the contract include?

The scope of the contract includes the preparation and maintenance of inventory, conductive and preventive maintenance, industrial corrective maintenance, legal technical maintenance and industrial predictive maintenance.

The comprehensive maintenance service includes different types of installations: low voltage and medium/high voltage electrical installations, refrigeration, compressed air, steam, nitrogen and thermal oil installations. Water, waste water and domestic hot water installations, as well as air conditioning, building and roofing services.

MASA, is currently carrying out similar projects for other clients in the Food and Beverage sector such as Nederland SA in Viladecans (Barcelona) and Unileber (Bilbao) in different contractual modalities.
