On 10 March, the first meeting of the MASA Group's Equality Plan Monitoring Committee was held. The meeting addressed the progress made in terms of equality and the actions included in the Plan that have been satisfactorily carried out in the last year and which of them are still pending.
At MASA Group we are committed to real equality between men and women, and that is why we dedicate our efforts to comply with the Equality Plan, drawn up and negotiated by the Legal Representation of Workers and Company Representatives.
