To strengthen our relationship with our staff and improve our safety and health practices
On 7 March we started the Corporate Conference for Prevention Managers and Technicians in the Levante Delegation, with the aim of strengthening the relationship with our production line personnel, encouraging their active participation in the production processes, and their leadership and commitment to Health and Safety in their daily activities.
To achieve this objective, a representation of the Company's Management Committee travelled to Castellón and spent an afternoon with the Prevention Managers and Technicians, dealing with various issues such as Preventive Management, ethics and transparency or People Management, recognising the fundamental importance of our Teams in the development of our activity and their influence in the performance of good practices that allow the integrity and health of our people in their workplace.
In addition, our general manager, Jose Mª Pau, shared information about the evolution of the company since its origin, our current organisation and the new business areas we are entering in order to promote knowledge and the feeling of integration in the Masa Group.
These workshops will be scheduled in the other delegations depending on the participants' schedules. We are determined to strengthen the relationship with our staff and continue to improve our health and safety practices.
