Our Technical Services Department uses plant studies to support maintenance contracts and assure continuous improvement, focusing on such aspects as productivity, quality and optimising costs by analysing the PDCA cycle, KPI implementation, developing GMMSs and the know-how and skills of personnel, and implementing 4.0 maintenance models
MAINTENANCE DIGITISATION
We have expert personnel to handle the integration of our contracts into 4.0 maintenance models, by studying degrees of maturity using the latest digitisation technology, mobile devices, integration with customers' CMMSs, sensorisation and real-time data analysis.
MIGRATION TO CONVERGING-INTEREST CONTRACTS
We have extensive experience of migration to contract models to assure continuous improvement and/or assist with the design of tender-process T&Cs for converging-interest contracts, sending our Technical Services experts to our customers' premises to analyse, implement and develop these contracts.
