DE MASA, and <a href=\"https:\/\/es.linkedin.com\/in\/jose-daniel-guirado-camacho-024a7512a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jos\u00e9 Daniel Guirado Camacho<\/a>, The presentation was entitled: \u00abANALYSIS OF THE DEGREE OF MATURITY FOR CHANGE. SUCCESS STORIES\u00ab.\u00ab<\/p>\n<p>In this presentation, they discussed how to implement maintenance 4.0. within a well-designed strategy, based on maintenance engineering, applicable to any sector and speciality.<\/p>\n<p>The maintenance 4.0 strategy should be considered as a chapter within a global digitisation project. Focusing on maintenance 4.0, we should add that digitisation should be a tool at the service of the strategy, \u201clet's digitise only what works\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Taking this statement into account, and based on our extensive experience, a \u201cprior study of the degree of maturity for the change to maintenance 4.0\u201d is essential as a starting point, in our case we use the EAC methodology (studies and analysis in the field), integrated as one of our maintenance engineering tools of the \u201cMasa Model\u201d.
