At MASA, one of the ways of expanding and managing knowledge is through LESSONS LEARNED, because we want to learn from our mistakes.<\/p>\n

Documenting and sharing the LA's serves to record the mistakes and successes to be used in future occasions to learn from them so that the organisation continues in its process of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.<\/p>\n

The real meaning of Lessons Learned is toLearning from mistakes<\/strong>, It is therefore very important that they are disseminated and shared. This will prevent the same or similar events from occurring, minimising accidents or incidents, non-compliant work and will promote improvements in the provision of the service.<\/p>\n

They are one of the fundamental tools within the organisation itself.<\/p>\n
