At MASA we cover the entire life cycle of facilities and infrastructure, from consulting and design through to installation, commissioning, maintenance and management.
We have offices all over Spain and, through our network of subsidiaries, also a strong presence in Portugal, Morocco, Algeria, Malta, Brazil and Peru, to assure the most highly specialised and competent service possible.
Our action capacity is based on our network of subsidiaries and branch offices, to assure a swift response to our customers’ needs, with a central organisation to make resources available wherever they are needed for ongoing contracts, scheduled shutdowns, projects and emergencies.
We have our own tool-control logistics centres in Riudoms (Tarragona) and San Roque (Cadiz).
From these centres we control all the company’s machinery and tools (more than 25,000 items), performing the necessary monitoring to ensure that they are properly conserved and maintained, and scheduling the external checks needed so that they comply with all the applicable standards and legal requirements.
We also have two calibration laboratories, equipped to the highest level and staffed by highly qualified professionals, to meet both our own and our customers’ needs, facilitating compliance with the relevant regulatory and legal requirements and constantly striving to achieve excellence:
We have a department that specialises in the extraction, cleaning and insertion of heat exchangers, with extensive experience of planning and performing shutdowns in this specialist area.
We have four logistics centre in Huelva, Bilbao, Sines and Castellón, from where we address needs for this business area in Spain, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco and France.
The logistics centres are equipped with extraction trucks, tilt extractors, 1000 kg/cm2 high-pressure units, exterior and interior tubular-beam cleaning robots, on-site cleaning equipment, etc.
We have equipment for up to 3000 kg/cm2 and specialist personnel to carry out waterjet-cutting tasks.
At MASA we have strengthened our core business with six workshops of our own to provide strategic support for maintenance and assembly jobs.
These workshops are equipped with the necessary resources to manufacture all kinds of boilers and pipes and pressure containers up to 12 mm thick.
